frustrated by using international credit card

I really want to buy something on a foreign web site. It accepts any credit card but I can only use it if I have my cell phone used in my hometown at hand to receive a one-time password. God! How can I use that phone here in the US!! So there is no way I can use my credit card to buy things on that web site...  God knows I really need those things...

    Is that because it's not an international credit card? Have you called the credi card company?

    I called, but the line for overseas users always cannot get through. It is an international credit card. The only problem is that I need my hometown cell phone, which is impossible. Hah...
