Get my new galaxy S2!

About half a year later, finally I get a smart phone again. That is galaxy S2! I have to admit that it is not better than an iPhone, but not worse than it, too. What is most important is that I don't have to worry about  updating, because it is unlocked and I can use it when I go back to my home country. The only problem is that it is an international version, which means it doesn't have 4G, even 3G internet. So when there is no wi-fi, you can imagine the situation if you browse web pages.
Anyway, I love it. It makes the monthly fee meaningful.

Let my iPhone4 go.

The first month when I came here, I bought an iPhone4 at T-mobile. About one month later, a disaster came. My iPhone was automatically updated and then my T-mobile sm card became invalid. I came to T-mobile and they promised me to exchange it for a unlocked iPhone4 if I payed 150 more dollars. Then about half a year passed, I haven't received the new one. Every time I called T-mobile, they only asked me to wait and wait. Until recently, they told me that the guy taking care of my stuff had quitted. And he even left with my iPhone which I asked him to exchange. So I didn't receive the new one and definitely lost the old one. Fortunately, last month, finally, the guy who takes charge of that T-mobile store made a lot effort to give me a new locked one and payed my 150 dollars back.
Since it was still a locked iPhone, which was not for my T-mobile sm card, it means nothing to me. Then guess what! I traded it in at Amazon.com, and got 270 dollars, which was about third time as what I payed for it!

Six Flags Magic Mountain!!

Although last week was not a good week for my stomach, it was a very exciting week because I went to Six Flags Magic Mountain with my friends.
It was the first time I went there. Although in my hometown there was also so-called thrill rides, they can't be compared with those in Six Flags. When we arrived at the parking lot, looking at the X2, I thought maybe I should go home. However, once I experienced the first ride, Viper, I can't stop. However, there were too many people, I felt like my energy was almost wasted while waiting in those long lines. So unfortunately, I just took 5 rides. I liked Tatsu and Goliath the most. The zero-gravity made me feel like I was really flying.
Our last stop was X2 which I finally didn't have any energy to ride. I was so so tired and hungry. Hearing my friends talking about their ride, I was afraid that I would cry if I took the ride. But I still believe I won't miss it next time!

The bad part in last week.

My stomach  has been through a though week. Actually, my roommate and I made curry last week. It was really delicious but amount was way too much. I didn't want to waste it so I used the left curry sauce to make fried rice. However... right after I finished eating, I went to the rest room. It smelled alright, but may become spoiled.
Several hours later, I went to a grill restaurant. When I came back home, I felt nauseous and went to the rest room again. How poor I was. I definitely should not eat grills.

There is another one indulging in something meaningless...

When I was writing about my problem of being unable to quit watching so many korean soap operas, suddenly I thought of another one, my roommate, who has the similar problem. And I think he has just been falling so much deeper than I have. His life is filled with PC games. What is so bad is that several days ago, a new version of the Diablo was published. You cannot imagine how much he indulges in that game. It is his everything. And there is nothing else except for sleeping (he can even forget eating things). How terrible he is!!

Get tired with korean soap opera, but...

I am really tired about myself going through korean soap operas one by one. But it seems to be impossible to quit this bad habit. Sometimes I even don't know what is going on about the soap opera, simply making it as a background. I can really do a lot of things while watching them, such as writing a paper or browsing web pages. And every time a soap opera ends, I try to push myself not to choose another one. But I fail every time. I don't know whether it is really a bad thing because things won't be delayed due to that. But it is really bothering me, too. What should I do??

frustrated by using international credit card

I really want to buy something on a foreign web site. It accepts any credit card but I can only use it if I have my cell phone used in my hometown at hand to receive a one-time password. God! How can I use that phone here in the US!! So there is no way I can use my credit card to buy things on that web site...  God knows I really need those things...
